We needed a way to control the many Hyperice devices from within our app. The challenge was that many of the devices in our ecosystem, like Normatec 3, and Venom Go, have unique functions and controls, yet all the remotes needed to feel like they belonged in the same space. The user experience also needed to feel “remote-like” in contrast with the rest of the app UI. The solution was the Dark Data Card format used to display and control the unique functions of each device.
